The code of ethics is a useful tool that sets the standard of conduct to be adopted in everyday situations. Its purpose is to help employees resolve dilemmas or ethical issues they may encounter in the course of the performance of their official duties. It is based on the Group's six values: human values, commitment to the general interest, respect, professionalism at the service of our customers, pronounced taste for challenge, openness.
The code of business conduct and corruption prevention defines and illustrates the different types of behaviour to be prohibited, that may be deemed to be corrupt, influence peddling or anti-competitive practices. It reminds employees of the rules to follow, with many concrete cases given as examples.
