Keep your ticket with you for the duration of your trip until you exit the network: if you lose your ticket or throw it away before leaving by the exit gates, you risk being fined.
There are special gates for passengers travelling with luggage or strollers. Validate your ticket before using the gate.
Keep an eye on your personal belongings. In spite of all our security efforts, pickpockets may be operating in our network.
Do not trust ticket peddlers: purchase your tickets from our ticket desks or automatic vending machines.
If you see an abandoned object, please report it immediately.
Please remember, smoking is not permitted anywhere in our public transport network.
If you have lost something, contact passenger services at 32 46 (0.80 cents per minute + the cost of a local call), from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and bank holidays.
Are you disabled?
For many years now, we have been introducing equipment and services designed to make our public transport spaces and vehicles accessible for persons with reduced mobility. In addition to our legal obligations, making our networks accessible for all is a top priority of our sustainable development policy.
